Inaccurate audio analysis data for some songs

I noticed when I checked the key signature info of a song and tried to see for myself if it was reliable. I looked at the key signature data for "Sunflower, Vol. 6" by Harry Styles, and it's set to G minor, but the song is, in actuality, written in F major. It just makes me wonder what system was used to analyze song data, and why it is inaccurate.
