Importing Files/Uploading Data

I've waiting for an email from spotify about my streaming data so that I can upload all my data here. I have the plus, but for some reason when I try to upload it, it says "Failed (Server issue, try again later)". I Uninstalled the app, yet I still can't import the files. What do I do?
