Imported files stuck as "unverified" — Streaming History tab empty

Hi,

I'm having trouble with importing my Spotify streaming history. I uploaded 7 files (Streaming_History_Audio_2022–2026, including split files) and each one shows "Uploaded successfully" in the import queue, but they've been stuck showing "About 0 unverified streams" with a yellow hourglass icon for a long time now — processing never completes.

The Streaming History tab is completely empty and only shows the "Import streaming history" button, meaning none of this data has actually been processed into my account.

I've already tried:

Reimporting the same files 10+ times

Deleting my streaming history and starting over

Uninstalling and reinstalling the app

None of this has fixed the issue. It seems like the processing is stuck on the backend rather than something I can fix locally. Could you please look into this on your end?
