I can’t refresh my tops

When I want to go to my tops and slide down there is a bug (when I slide down to my fe top 30 there is a banner which tells me that to show this I have to refresh app, so I’m doing it all time and nothing happens…, I have this square option 5×5 I guess, but when I change it in this kind of list it’s okay and everything is fine) additionally when I slide down on my tops it just slows down and my hole app is glitching and I have to leave and open again. So I’m waiting for you respond <3
