I can’t connect to Apple Music

I recently needed to reconnect to Apple Music, so I did that. Everything worked great the past few months, already needed to do it a few times. But when I did it this time, a message was shown that I needed to manually turn on Media & Apple Music in my Settings. It was already set to on and nothing I tried worked, the message still pops up every time I want to connect to Apple Music.
