Heavily inaccurate stream counts on select songs

A couple random songs appeared in my top listened with high stream counts that i dont even know, and some songs that i listened to once or twice have massively inflated stream counts too? and “constellations” by duster being show to have 60 streams by me this week when i havent listened to that more than 3 times in the past month
