Glitch in top artists of 4 weeks

my 1st, 5th, 6th, and 7th top artists are not showing. ??? and also, I did buy statsfm premium back in October of 2024 for about 6 dollars, on sale. the transaction went through, and it didn’t give me premium. I made sure that its on my account and also all time payment, and I still don’t have premium.
