genre minutes going wild
i dont know why this is happening but minutes for some of the genres that i have are just going down??? WHY??? I have no idea… yesteeday i had 65k minutes on pop music and today it dropped down to 20k… and its not the only genre that has weird things going on with. i usdd to have almost 160k minuest on rock and now, strangely, i havs 122k
what is the cause?

it’s because they put “pop” artists in other categories pop was my most listened genre because of Lana del Rey but since she’s an Alternative artist they moved her to that category so now my most listened genre is alternative

It happen because the devs are revamping the artist, for this their genre is deleted or changed in the process, however, after that they revamp the artist their genre is back, too can happen that they add more genres to the artist, or viceversa. (This with each artist) so, is matter of time to they fix that. I say this because this happened to me too, other reason is because the app recognizes some artist with a genre completely different to the one who makes the artist, and they deleted the artist of that genre.
This is the way for know if the artist is revamping:
Go to the artist.
Enter to their information (profile).
If the stats of “Popularity” and “Followers” are in 0 is in process of revamp.
(Too can happen that the profile photo can been changed, like be bigger or another completely different).
