Fix genres!!

I have noticed countless problems with genres, for example: hardcore and hardcore techno are separate genres in stats.fm, but are the same thing, just different name

Many artists have false genres, S3RL is not nightcore or Hyperpop, Thespackster isn’t speedcore,

To combat this, i think users should be able to submit genres, similar to rym
