Feedback Regarding Duplicate Track Entries and Single/Album Play Count Discrepancies

Dear Support Team,

I would like to provide feedback regarding two separate issues I’ve encountered on your platform:

1. Duplicate Entries in Listening Statistics:

Some tracks appear multiple times in the listening statistics with different play counts, even though they are the exact same song. For example, the track Pirus Zaferi appears twice in my monthly data — once with 165 plays and again with 55 plays. The title, artist, and duration are identical, so this seems to be a technical issue that results in duplicate entries. I kindly ask that you investigate and resolve this discrepancy to ensure accurate tracking of user data.

2. Separate Counting of Single and Album Versions:

When a track is released as a single and later included in an album, the plays after the album release are still being counted separately under both versions. Since it is essentially the same song, I believe these plays should be combined into a single entry. This would reflect more accurate statistics and provide a clearer experience for users.

I would appreciate it if you could look into these matters and provide clarification or a resolution if possible.
