error403

Hello Stats.fm Support,

I’m experiencing a persistent 403 error when trying to open other users’ profiles in the iOS app.

Here is what I’ve already tried:

• Reinstalled the app multiple times.

• Deleted my account and created a new one.

• Tested on both Wi-Fi and mobile data.

• My own profile opens normally, but every other profile returns a 403 Forbidden error.

This issue has been happening consistently and none of the troubleshooting steps have fixed it.

Could you please look into this and let me know if this is a known issue or if there is anything else I can do?
