Entire app not working for me

Hello! So I joined this app a few hours ago (logged it on to Spotify) but on every stat section it says something along the lines of “Not enough data, enable sync streams” but that’s paid, so I don’t really know what to do. I would rather not pay because I just want basic info. Thank you!
