i’m so frustrated, i’ve been struggling for months, submitting my data over and over, thinking the problem came from switching streaming platforms to apple music. naturally, i requested my data from apple and submitted my new data to update my streams by following your tutorial, and it completely ruined everything. it didn’t take my streams into account, and it still doesn’t.
i’ve been waiting for months for the issue to resolve, thinking it was normal when changing platforms. and now i see there’s a brand new app specifically for apple music (literally what’s the point????), and on top of that the problem.. i mean.. ALL THE PROBLEMS ON THIS APP are STILL not fixed. the website is literally broken, you can’t search anything without getting duplicate tracks, or results that make no sense at all!!
fix your website!! not everyone has the app on their phone, and i don’t have time to manage two apps for my two streaming platforms. learn to manage your platforms, for gods sake! is there seriously nobody working at your company? you couldn’t fix anything in all these months? i could do the job myself, even just deleting duplicate tracks. it feels like there’s only one person handling your entire service
i requested my data from apple again, like 3 days ago, im waiting for it to be sent, and in the meantime i checked my account again—it’s still a mess. i can see on feedback that i’m not the only one having issues!!!
i paid for a service, i deserve what i paid for. if this continues and the issues aren’t fixed, i will file a complaint with consumer protection organizations because it’s just not acceptable to pay for such a crappy service. when i enter my new apple data, it better work and ALL my streams from the past 4 months on apple music need to be counted!!!!
