Duplicates/songs I’ve never listened to

Hello! It looks like stats.fm is showing songs I haven’t listened to as well as a lot of duplicates (see below, I haven’t listened to this song before). I’ve changed my Spotify password and removed all devices from my Spotify account in case that was part of the issue. I was wondering if the duplicates could be removed from my listening history? Or if there is a way to prevent this from happening?
