Duplicate streams

Downloaded my data again and there’s lots of duplicates. My #4 most played song now is also one of my least played songs by that artist, I know for a fact. So very frustrating glitches. If it’s doesn’t get fixed I can’t use the app anymore due to being so inaccurate

    As someone who has used this app for years now, I am incredibly disappointed about how messy, flawed and unorganized the stats are on the app. I noticed that for multiple artists I listened to, it shows that I didn't listen to certain songs or albums, even though I did. Since the app or developers of this app don't even know how to fix it, I took matters into my own hands and tried re-importing my streams. Once I did that, I went back into the app and every single one of my artists, songs and albums had multiple more streams than it did before. The developers genuinely have no idea how to run this app properly, and I find that very sad because the idea of this app is so good too. I might have to switch to a different app now if this isn't fixed. I deleted my old imported data to try to fix this data myself and it still isn't fixing. I really don't know what to do. I want my streams fixed.
