Duplicate Songs in Top 30 Days Playlist

I have multiple synced playlists (30, 100, 365 Days) which show that I listened to the exact same song for the exact same amount of time and exact same times. This showes up in Stats.fm and even more frequently on Spotify itself. Manually deleting the duplicate Songs on Spotify itself is a lost cause, because they get added back as soon as the Playlist syncs again.

PLEASE FIX?!
