Duplicate record

This is two problems, for one I cannot seem to get records unless I search up the specific artists and wait for the top listeners to load.

Secondly the other day I was given the same record twice for an artist I looked up although my stats hadn't changed which makes no sense. Surely my record only changes when someone over takes me, but that didn't happen. This is not a huge deal but it is really bugging me out seeing the duplicates.
