Double songs, unavailable songs, and exceeds set limit in generated playlists

When generating a playlist of a limit of 100 from the past 30 days, a playlist is generated over 200 songs in it, where multiple are duplicates. The playlist also includes unavailable tracks and picks non-explicit tracks, which is not my preference.
