Do you guys even care about the bugs?
It's unfortunate to have paid for an app in its early days to support its creators and its growth, only to find yourself in a place where there’s plenty of bugs like duplicated songs, missing streams, etc. for months and even after you report it and reach out to them - nobody really seems to be giving an f, and if anything the bugs only get worse.

Yeah they don’t care I stopped using it all together cause they’ve fixed none of these problems. What’s the point of having an app if it doesn’t work???

It seems like they have done nothing for the past year or so. Atleast nothing important like fixing bugs or going thru reports from over a year ago. Still recently a song disappeared from an album and from my top songs of the year, even tho it was first. And it was fine for a while, but suddenly poof. And the album disappeared from my top albums of the year (+ other issues with albums not appearing even tho i have streams for the songs on that album). Artist appearing twice on my leaderboard, but still having some of the same songs and streams counting for both of them. If even my top songs and albums and artist are not correct… whats the point of this app? What did I pay for?

Same!!!! My tracks are disappearing. Songs are randomly getting streams taking away or added and not being fixed and it’s been like this for 6 months! They do nothing but tell me to wait. I’m over this app at this point

honestly i stopped using this app, came back after weeks just to check but no surprise nothing is fixed and my Apple music keeps disconnecting. hasn’t tracked my streams for 2 weeks. it’s frustrating.

It just gets worse and worse. Wrong songs, wrong albums and songs that completely disappear from my lists.
