Hi team. Recently I have been trying to access my account, when I open it I am provided a pop up saying my Spotify account is not connected, nor do I have any zip files downloaded. After checking, signing in and out, and redownloading zip, I continue to get these notifications and a lack of streaming data on my stats. I paid for a premium membership and it is frustrating not being able to access these premium features while everything appears to be okay. Many thanks!
