Different song showing up

Hey I have a song called “VZKAZ” by fiedlerski and Hasan that’s been showing up in my top songs even though I don’t think I’ve ever even streamed it. I do listen to quite a lot of Hasan lately but not this song. I think it’s bugged and takes a certain album as this song. Can you please fix this?
