Deleting random tracks

Random tracks have randomly been deleted from my listening history from various different artists. Another isssue is I will be playing a song, and then inside the app it will say I’m playing a different song by the same artist but I haven’t even listened to that song that day, or ever depending on the song. Then I look at my listening history for the day and there will be songs I didn’t listen to, and songs I actually did listen to won’t appear.
