Certain songs not recording

Numerous songs don’t record on your system. What was that by lorde was on my most listened songs on wrapped yet on here it says I’ve listened to it once. Same thing with man I need by Olivia dean it’s not recording listens and I’m sure there’s other tracks too not getting recorded.
