Can’t upload apple data

I am missing quite a bit of my apple data with all the bugs so I want to reload my data but I keep getting “error” everytime I try and upload it! Do y’all just hate apple music users? there’s so many bugs lately and as someone that has paid for this app, it’s frustrating! Please fix asap.
