Same. I've lost records even though I'm still top listener for certain bands. I also can't see most of the top listener lists. No clue what's going on.

We had the same problems times ago. Bad bunny released n album and stats crashed. Yesterday Taylor swift released n album. I think it's the same problem now. Sorry for my English. It's not the best. ✌️ 🇩🇪

Would be nice if as a responsible party a general statement and an email recognition would be produced with an apology. This action takes few minutes and can assuage subscribers who contribute financially to your apps success. Admission is the first step in realizing you have a problem. Not cool. 1 ⭐️ rating

I have encountered the same problem and it's disappointing. This feature was one of the main ones that made me install the app and then get the plus version. I hope they fix it as soon as possible.

I have the same problem, it even removed my records after I viewed the top listeners of artists I like.

same here and it’s starting to stress me tf out because i basically live on this app and it’s one of my favorite features, my records are dropping as well and some kind of response or heads up from someone in administration would be really nice !
