Can’t see top listeners

I can’t see the top listeners of many artists. I’ve had this issue for a while. I thought it was my internet connection that was bad but it’s not. I really enjoyed the app for this function and it was many of the reasons why I bought it. I can’t even see it between friends sometimes.
