Can’t import Spotify files.

It’s been well over a month and a half since I was last able to successfully import my Spotify streaming husky files. I downloaded my files from Spotify, as i usually do, just for them not to import. It keeps saying “error: unknown”. I’m not the only one having this issue as multiple users have emailed your team about this situation, and have yet to see any changes. Kindly fix this as it’s irritating! Thanks
