Can’t connect with Apple Music

I try to connect my stats.fm with my apple music Account, but it seems I need to connecting it manually. But the problem is I already allowed access the stats.fm to my Media & Apple Music, but somehow it still appears pop up that I need to connect it manually in settings. It won’t connect
