Cannot disable weekly recaps

In the notification settings section I disabled both weekly and monthly summaries, yet I still receive notifications about weekly recaps. Not sure if it's the same thing, but there is no other option. Also please use the Android notification categories properly instead of sending everything under “Miscellaneous”. Thanks
