Cannot connect to Apple Music

Every time I try to connect to Apple Music, the app just goes in circles: prompts me to log in to my Apple account, goes back to stats.fm saying an Apple Music pop-up should appear soon, then says I need to log in to my Apple account first.

Tried on multiple devices and nothing seems to work.
