Bug on Friend Request

There is one person on my friend request page that i can’t seem to accept nor decline. When i tap any of the button, it does not do anything and the request is still there. Additionally, I think that person is already in my friends list but his request still appears on my pending requests which is weird.

I have tried on both android and ios, but no luck on both platforms
