Artist Streams Not Showing

Beach House, an artist I listen to is not showing my streams accurately. I noticed this yesterday, stats.fm is only recording I listened to them twice, but I know this not to be true. Additionally, on the artist page for Beach House stats.fm is still listing my most listened songs by them in my top 249 (250?) songs. I believe my streaming history for this artist has been reset somehow, but two tracks by them are still registering as being within my top 249 tracks of all time while on the artist page. I am hoping this can be resolved because they are definitely within my top 50 played artists at least. Thank you.
