Artist not showing up

When looking at my most streamed artists, “Le Ssearfim” isn’t popping up when they should be. Another website has them at #1 most listened to and I can personally say from my listening activity that they should at least be top 50 but they’re no where to be found. I’m not sure if this is because they’re in the system under “르세리핌“ and maybe the other language messes it up or I’m missing something but I’d just love for my top artists to be accurate. Thank you!
