Apple Music won’t reconnect

Everytime I try to reconnect Apple Music is says I need to reconnect so I do it and sign in, then tells me to manually allow access in setting so I do and nothing changes. I’ve done it multiple times over and over. Even deleted the app and tried it again and still nothing. Even fresh restarted phone too.
