Apple Music Upload Failed

Really struggling to upload my Apple music file, just keeps saying upload failed on the app and the website, I'm not sure if it's because I have already uploaded and linked my Spotify and I wanted to link my old Apple music and both are two seperate email addresses but I thought uploading the file by itself at least would fix the problem. Really would like to see both accounts stats combined
