Apple Music syncing issue persists despite Apple confirming third-party access is working

I’ve been having an Apple Music syncing issue with stats.fm for several weeks. Some of my Apple Music plays aren’t being recorded, and stats.fm is showing the Apple Music syncing issue message.

I contacted Apple Support to check if the problem was on Apple’s side. They confirmed that my listening history is updating normally, my Media & Apple Music permission is enabled, and there are no additional settings needed for third-party access. Apple also said they aren’t aware of a current issue with third-party access to listening history.

Apple Music Replay is still updating normally as well.

Could you please clarify what’s causing the issue and whether stats.fm will return to normal and start counting my plays automatically once it’s fixed?
