Apple music sync issue

since I moved to apple music every once in a while stats fm gets disconnected from apple music which means streams will be missed from statsfm’s data, so each time i reconnect i request a my data from apple and upload it into statsfm. this time not only i can not connect to apple music (it asks that i manually turn on the app’s access to AM which is already on) but also it doesn’t accept the csv file i upload. in the recent listens (not listening history) i only see my old spotify streams sometimes. generally when i get disconnected some of the data from apple music goes away.
