Apple Music still not syncing since 8/5

Apple Music still is not syncing in app, last stream recorded was 8/5 so it’s been 20 days now. 20 days without something I paid for. Other apps are syncing with Apple Music still though so that’s…weird.

Also, I have sent 3 tickets and received 0 replies.
