apple music repeat streams

when i repeat a song on apple music, it only shows the songs as played once. so if i repeat a song 10 times, it only counts as one. is there a way to fix this? if i request my data from apple every so often and reupload it will it reflect in my streams? i didn’t have this issue with spotify
