Apple Music not working at all

So ever since the app introduced apple music I tried to link it to my Spotify stats fm account and it said it didn't workand I thought that it was fine and I would create another account but ever since I have tried to log in using apple music and after I press the authorize button (even with popus enabled) and does the second apple authorization page opens it goes back to the authorize button and I can't create it even when I do it in the app it pops up the same error code every time I don't know what to do anymore any ideas???
