Apple Music not working

The app randomly disconnected my Apple Music account and for the past week plus, every time I try to reconnect it says “manual action required, you have to allow stats.fm media and Apple Music access in your iPhone settings to be able to login.” This setting has always been on, never turned it off, I never changed anything, so why is the app broken??
