apple music not connecting

idk if it’s just me but when i try to connect my apple music acc, it tells me to manually turn on media & apple music in settings but it already is. when i go back to stats, it refreshes and i have to do it all over again with the same result. i tried turning it on & off but still. i can’t link my apple music.
