Apple music listens registered multiple times/not the right time

In my streaming history it says that I listened to songs at 4:30 when I didn’t, as well as those songs already having been registered for earlier that past day, when I actually listened to the songs. Also, listening to one song multiple times after each other doesn’t show in the streaming history.
