Apple music listening way out of wack

The Apple Music service causes random songs in my playlists to show up as I played them (Not once listened to them as they were in a different playlist), listening time is not correct for any of the songs (Like I skip one or so on). Also it will sometimes throw like 10-20 songs in at once saying I somehow listened to them all at the same time and the full length of the song…
