apple music just doesn’t work

i synced both spotify and apple music. sadly i listen to apple music wayyy more so my spotify stats aren’t saying much to me.

i tried to import the whole listening history to the app, while watching a stats fm tutorial, but it simply didn’t work. then after some time i looked here again and it disconnected my apple music account altogether, and when i tried to connect it again it wanted me to “allow media & apple music” in settings but its already on 😭 why did i even buy premium if it doesn’t work help
