Apple Music incorrect streams – please fix

Will Apple Music streams ever get fixed?

I'd like to switch to Apple Music for at least a year to make the most of my student discount (Spotify has a limited amount of years, even though I'm still a uni student), but with these conditions, I can't make the change. My statistics of 7 years would get ruined. Is there any hope of a fix in the near future? I love this app so much, I’ve had a pro subscription since the beginning, I want to keep using it.
