Apple music connection problem

I had previously signed up for Statts.fm with my Spotify account and purchased the Plus membership back then. Recently, I’ve stopped using Spotify and switched to Apple Music. However, I’m experiencing issues connecting Apple Music to the platform. When I try to connect, it tells me that I need to manually allow access to Apple Music and Media & Apple Music in the settings — but I’ve already granted those permissions. Could you please help me resolve this issue?
