Apple Media Services streaming history not importing

I’ve downloaded my Apple Media Services history following the instructions you gave closely, and Apple provides in 2 parts (one 23MB file and one 15KB file). I tried uploading both (your system said to only import one file at a time) but ran into errors both time telling me they weren’t valid files because they didnt have the file you were expecting. Help!
