App Not Tracking Songs + Severe Lag Issues

None of the songs I listen to are being recorded in my history. I’ve tried refreshing and restarting the app, but nothing changes. It’s like the tracking system is broken most of the time.

The app is often so laggy that nothing loads. Sometimes it freezes completely, and I can’t access any stats or charts. It just stops working.

What’s most upsetting is that I paid for the Plus version, expecting better features and performance. Instead, I’m not getting the service I paid for, and it feels like a waste of money at this point.
