App not loading at all

Can’t access the app via iphone 13, stuck on a endless loop of “Crunching your lastest data…” it’s been like that for the past month at the very least and i was hoping recent updates would fix the issue but still the exact same, ive kept the app open for as much as an hour before and nothing happens , saw a reddit thread with the same issue a while back
